Thunder
Thunder is a very interesting thing. Different religions, different nations and different people can interpret differently. What's this thunder? The sound of Gabriel's whip? Tengrin anger? A display of moses' ark in the hereafter? Unfortunately, there is no single answer to this... If we ask the Mongols, they'll say, When the sky is angry, Tengri throws thunder and lightning from the sky to the earth to warn those on earth. Mongols are afraid of thunder, and it is rumored that they lost many wars for this reason. Perhaps one of the dozens of traits that set Genghis Khan apart was that he conquered this fear. If we looked at mythological religions, the devil would hide under the trees while he was running away from God, and God would throw lightning into the trees. Mythology is responsible for thor, and I don't know how many realms he's the protector of, so he's using lightning to fight some enemies, maybe he's protecting us from thunder. Some people are afraid of thunder, they go under the duvet. (Oh yes, that sounds like I'm saying) Some of them come out at the expense of the cold, and that sky is watching that lightning bolt, as I said, maybe he's watching thor's battle. The actual source of thunder is the sonic boom caused by the change of heat and pressure between the two clouds... That's why I love interpretation, the sonic boom that ultimately occurs when two Clouds get closer together is interpreted thousands of years ago, hundreds of years ago and now different...
